Returning a product

Can I return a product?

Absolutely. If your accessory doesn't make you feel as empowered as you expected or has a minor manufacturing defect, you can return it without any problems. Custom pieces are the exception.

What should I do if I want to return an item?

Send an email to info@lacöre.com and we will contact you to arrange the return.

What is the deadline for making a return?

You have 14 calendar days to make a return from the date of receipt of the order.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

You will only have to pay the shipping cost: you can manage it directly or leave it in our hands, in which case the cost will depend on the collection point, being €5 for the Peninsula and €15 in the case of the Canary Islands and international returns.

How should I prepare the order for shipment?

The accessory must be returned in the exact same condition as when you received it, with all original components in perfect condition: this includes the necklace or earrings, all packaging materials, and any gifts included with the order. Otherwise, the refund will be partial or non-existent.

How will I receive my refund?

Using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

When will I receive my refund?

Within a maximum of 14 calendar days after receiving the returned product.

Do the accessories have a warranty?

We cover the first two weeks after you receive the product.

If, after those weeks, you need any kind of repair to continue enjoying your accessories, write to us at info@lacöre.com and we will try to solve it.

Order delivery management

How long will it take to receive my order?

Between 3 and 5 business days, depending on the time of year and the volume of shipments the transport company is handling.

Do you ship outside of mainland Spain?

We ship internationally, to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

We cannot ship to the Canary Islands.

Will I have to pay customs duties?

Any import taxes are levied once the package reaches its destination and are your responsibility. We have no control over these taxes, so we cannot tell you the exact cost, as each country has different policies. We recommend contacting your local customs office to find out the amount before placing your order to avoid any surprises.

In which countries can I buy?

We'd love to be able to deliver our accessories to you wherever you are. However, for now, these are the countries that can receive our products:
