Once the purchase is completed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

Electronic Invoicing: By placing an order, the customer expressly consents to the issuance and receipt of an electronic invoice. This invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout. 8. Returns

Right of return

The customer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to request a return.

Personalized pieces cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Return costs

The customer must cover the cost of return shipping.

If the return is arranged by the store owner, the approximate cost will be:

€5 for returns from mainland Spain

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including:

• the accessory

• the original packaging

• any elements included in the order (such as cards or gifts)

If the product is not returned in these conditions, the refund may be partial or rejected.

Once the returned product has been received and verified, the corresponding refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The maximum period to process the refund will be 15 calendar days from receipt of the returned product.

10. Warranty

Accessories are covered by a warranty for manufacturing defects during the first two weeks from the date the product was received.
